Responsibilities:
Maintain update and amend information on the company’s in house CRM system (SalesForce)
Processing new sales leads
Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
Monitoring customer accounts
Providing data and reports to help the sales team
Keeping track of sales targets
Manage data quality that is being produced by Sales Team
Assisting the operations of the sales cycle, potentially including drawing up quotes, downloading
systems statistics, updating relevant sales documents and systems.
Daily support of Sales teams in administrative issues (i.e. scheduling diaries)
Using the available systems and liaising with sales team to provide analysis for management and
finance
Drive sales development in a team environment through all phases of the sales cycle in alignment
with relevant resources like Technical Support, R&D, Legal and Finance
Ensure all business processes, policies and work practices are followed to the highest standards
(systems use, lead generation methodology, communication standards, reaction speeds, etc.)
Requirements
Excellent English (mandatory)
1-2 years experience in a similar role- sales support, inside sales, etc.
Experience from digital advertising companies (preferred)
Experience supporting management and sales teams or general office support
Strong analytical skills and ability to work on excel (vlookup, pivot table, etc.)
Ability to prioritize is essential
Meticulous organization and administrative skills
Attention to detail
Strong IT skills and knowledge of CRM/Booking systems
The understanding of data quality and adherence to minimum data sets
Ability to understand legal contracts
Good customer care skills
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Must be proactive and a quick learner
