Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee day-to-day activities and performance of the team.
• Motivate the team to meet goals
• Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company
• Implement effective sales strategies in order to exceed monthly/annual expectations

• English – Mother tongue level / high level
• Experience working with a global and multi-lingual company
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team leader
• Minimum 3 years of personal trading experience
