IT Manager

● Be responsible for building and managing all or part of the IT department globally
● Be responsible for building the company’s IT function from the ground up, with a large percentage of hands-on work
● Manage and lead the company’s helpdesk function and personnel
● Approve all business requirements prior to the technical solution
● Analyze complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions
● Create, maintain, and enforce standards/procedures for technical solutions
● Maintain an ISO, GDPR SOC compliant IT infrastructure, including policies, processes, and regular audits
● Maintain vendor contracts

● You have 5 years of experience in a similar position and at least 3 years in a managerial role in global Startup company
● You have established experience in creating work processes and policies in a growing organization
● You have substantial experience with SaaS and cloud environment
● You have experience with the most current technologies and products used in the industry
● You have proven experience in compliance management of IT environments
