Sales Support Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced manager to manage and retain the company clients.
Responsibilities:
· Innovative and creative
· Keep accurate records of customer activity
· Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
· Respond to clients' queries via email/phone
· Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
· Filter through the various departments needs and adjust those needs into action
· Working closely with the Marketing department in regards to campaigns
Requirements:
· Experience in the Financial industry – A must
· B.A – An advantage
· English – Mother tongue/ Mother tongue level – Must
· Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
· Strong communication skills
· Attention to detail and ability to multi task
